1. Returns

No returns or exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [thefab4shop2020@gmail.com] and provide us with details of the product and its defect. You can send the article that you consider defective to the following address:

When we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect gives you right to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund its purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.

Shipping

Please send the item you purchased and want to return to the following address:

Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be paid in advance, and you must also pay the insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment that occurs during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The reimbursed amounts will therefore not include the cost of delivery.
