1. General information

Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If the stocks of an item are exhausted at the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order, according to the original method of payment.

2. Delivery locations

Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada and US.

3. Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided to you when you place your order. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They are for illustration purposes only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will spare no effort to have your product delivered within [15] working days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not ship on [Sunday].

The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping company’s shipping practices, the place of delivery, the delivery method and the items ordered. It is also possible that the products will be delivered in several separate shipments.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to buy to your basket and proceed to the payment page. Shipping costs will be displayed on this screen. Additional charges may apply for shipping heavy or large items or to remote areas. You will be informed of these charges, if any, on the payment page.

Sales tax is charged based on the province or territory where the item is shipped.
